Refund Policy

1. General Policy
HS Foundation (Harihar Shiv Foundation) treats all donations as voluntary contributions toward our charitable programs. As a general rule, donations are non-refundable once the transaction is complete. We apply donations toward education, healthcare, women empowerment, community development, and other stated causes.
2. Exceptions
We may consider a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate donation: The same amount was charged more than once by technical error.
- Incorrect amount: A wrong amount was entered or charged due to a system or input error.
- Unauthorized transaction: The donation was made without the account holder's consent (subject to verification).
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your case falls under the exceptions above, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction with your full name, transaction ID or payment reference, and the reason for the refund request. Email us at hsfoundation5325@gmail.com or call +91 9334300460. We will review your request and respond within 15 working days.
4. Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the donation, within 7–14 working days from approval. For card payments, the refund will reflect as per your bank's policy.
5. Application Fees
Where an application fee is charged (e.g., for certain career or program applications), refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of application and may vary by program.
